Allows you to specify one of the following states for the currently selected LogicLock region:
- Locked— Locks the location of the LogicLock region at its current origin.
- Floating— Assigns a floating location to the LogicLock region. The Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software determines the location of floating regions during compilation.
