Performing a Functional Simulation with the Incisive Enterprise Simulator Software

You can use the Cadence Incisive Enterprise Simulator (IES) software to perform a functional simulation of a VHDL or Verilog HDL design that contains Altera-specific components:

To continue with the NCSim simulation flow, perform a timing simulation with the Incisive Enterprise Simulator software.

  3. To perform a functional simulation of a VHDL design with the IES GUI
  4. To perform a functional simulation of a VHDL design with command-line commands
  5. To elaborate your design using the NCLaunch GUI
