Ignore Source File Changes

Specifies whether the Compiler should ignore source file changes when deciding whether to recompile a partition. The setting has no effect when the partition is imported, or has the Netlist Type set to Source File or Empty. You can turn this option on or off in the Ignore Source File Changes column in the Design Partitions window, or on the Advanced tab in the Design Partition Properties dialog box.

Important: Use caution when setting this option. Turning on this option can result in the generation of a functionally incorrect netlist when source design files change, because source file updates will not be recompiled.
